CAPSDH MOURNS CARDINAL PETER POREKU DERY.

The African Commission of Health and Human Rights Promoters-Ghana (CAPSDH) is shocked with the death of its first patron, the late  Cardinal Peter Poreku Dery and expresses its deeper most condolences to the bereaved family, friends and the Catholic church in Ghana.

CAPSDH-Ghana shares your sorrow and grief and today we remember not only one moment of tragedy but a man of great purpose and achievement who selflessly dedicated his entire life for humanity especially in the field of religion.

“Our organization is proud of him and recognizes his meritorious services and enormous contribution he made to the organization since its inception” In the early days of our organization it is through your vision, wisdom and encouragement that motivated the president of the organization to bring it to where it is now.

“Indeed CAPSDH-Ghana owes you a great gratitude and will still depend on your policy direction and wisdom for the growth of the organization by building on your humanitarian services”

It is our ardent belief that not only our organization but Ghanaians especially, the youth will emulate your exemplary life and allow your legacy to guide them in life to become purposeful and useful citizens for the country.

CAPSDH-Ghana as well as Ghana was blessed to have you serving in the priesthood and truly your death is deeply felt and hoped that we will equally find a replacement for the vacuum created in our organization.
